How long will my order take?
Express: same day
Everything on our price list comes on Express: ready the same day, within 2 hours, when your artwork is approved by 4pm, Monday to Saturday. Approved after 4pm, or on a Sunday, it’s ready the next day we’re open. Express is for collection from the shop.
We check every file when your order comes in. If it’s ready to print, that’s your approval. If we need to ask you something, the 2 hours start when you’ve answered. For an order of service we lay out for you, they start when you’ve approved the layout.
Standard: 3 to 5 working days
Business cards and flyers also come on Standard, which costs less on bigger runs: Standard Premium cards (400gsm, laminated) from 100, and A7 to A4 gloss flyers from 1,000. They’re ready 3 to 5 working days after your artwork is approved. Choose Express or Standard when you order.
We’ll email you as soon as your order is ready to collect.
What can slow an order down
- Artwork that needs fixing, or a question we need to check with you.
- Artwork you’re sending later: on Express or Standard, the time starts when we have it and it’s approved.
