When it’s ready
We’ll email you when your order is ready to collect. Please wait for that email before you come in.
What to bring
Your order number (it starts with AR and is in your confirmation email). If someone else is collecting for you, give them the order number.
How long we keep orders
Please collect as soon as you can. We keep your order for 30 days after we email you that it’s ready; after that it may be recycled, and isn’t refunded. If you can’t come in for a while, call 020 8985 7879 and let us know.
