Each order is set up once before printing, so the setup charge is included in the price you see.
Booklets are zero-rated for VAT, so there’s none to add.
Yes. Let us know who’s collecting and give them the order number. The shop is at 20 Amhurst Road, opposite Hackney Central Overground, Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6pm.
