| Text size | Text needs to be bigger than 8pt to stamp cleanly, so long lines on small stamps may be set smaller or wrapped. |
| Logos and pictures | On sizes marked “takes a logo or picture”. A stamp prints in one colour, so logos are made solid and very fine detail can thicken. Black on white, as PDF, PNG or JPG, works best. |
| Ink | Black, blue, red, green or purple. Waterproof once dry. Refillable. |
| Proof | We email a PDF proof within one working day and make the stamp once you approve it. |
We email a proof within one working day. Standard is ready 2 to 3 working days after you approve it. Express is ready within 2 hours when you approve by 4pm, Monday to Saturday, for £20 extra.

No: we make it to the proof you approve, so check names, numbers and spelling carefully. If the stamp doesn’t match the approved proof, we remake it.
Yes, for a full refund until you approve the proof. Once approved, the stamp is made to your wording, so we can’t refund it.
