Collecting your order

Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6pm. Get directions.

• We’ll email you when your order is ready. Please wait for that email before coming in.
• Bring your order number (for example AR‑10001). It’s in your confirmation email.
• Someone else can collect for you if they bring your order number.
• Orders are ready the same day, within 2 hours, when the artwork is approved by 4pm, Monday to Saturday. Business cards and flyers on Standard are ready 3 to 5 working days after the artwork is approved. If you need something by a particular time, call us on 020 8985 7879 before ordering.

If you can’t collect

We keep your order for 30 days after we email you that it’s ready. If you can’t come in within that time, let us know and we’ll try to hold it for you. Orders still uncollected after 30 days may be recycled, and aren’t refunded.

Changing your mind

Print is made to your specification, so it doesn’t carry the usual 14-day right to cancel an online order. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as quickly as you can. You can cancel for a full refund until we start printing. Once printing has started, the order can’t be cancelled.

If something isn’t right

If your print is faulty or isn’t what you ordered, tell us as soon as you can, ideally before you use it. Bring the order into the shop, or email photos to hello@argun.co.uk with your order number.

• If we got it wrong, we’ll reprint it at no cost, or refund you if a reprint can’t put it right.
• Please tell us within 48 hours of collecting your order. This never limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
• Problems that come from the file you supplied, such as spelling mistakes, or issues you accepted when you ticked “print as supplied”, aren’t a fault in the printing.

Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with, within 14 days of us agreeing them. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Stationery and art materials

Stationery and art materials are sold in the shop, not online yet. For returns of anything bought in the shop, please ask at the counter. Unused items in their original condition can be exchanged, or swapped for store credit, within 14 days with your receipt. We don’t give cash refunds if you change your mind. If something is faulty, we’ll refund, repair or replace it as the law requires.
