Our website only uses cookies it needs to work. We don’t use analytics, advertising or social media cookies, so there’s nothing to accept or turn off. We count visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which doesn’t use cookies or store anything on your device.

The cookies we set

These cookies are strictly necessary, so the law doesn’t require us to ask before setting them. They can’t be read by other websites and don’t track you across the web.
Spam protection
The quote form and staff sign-in run an invisible check, Vercel BotID, to stop automated spam. It may set short-lived security cookies while it works. They’re strictly necessary, are only used for that check, and don’t track you across the web.
When you pay
When you go to pay, you move to Stripe’s secure payment page on checkout.stripe.com, or Stripe’s invoice payment page if you’re paying a quote. Stripe sets its own cookies there, for example to keep the payment secure and prevent fraud. They’re covered by Stripe’s cookie policy.
Turning cookies off
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block ours, your basket and uploads won’t be kept between pages, so you won’t be able to order online. Call us on 020 8985 7879 and we’ll help you order, or come into the shop.
